The use of our website and the purchase of products or services on it, automatically confirms the acceptance of our general conditions of sale and the confirmation that you are at least 18 years old.


1. Registration


  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide when registering on the Site.

  • If necessary, you will inform us of any changes to the data provided by updating the profile as soon as possible.

  • When you register, you must choose a password to log in to your account. This password is strictly confidential. It must not be disclosed to third parties.

2. Price


  • The prices indicated on our site are in Swiss Franc (CHF) and Euro (EUR).
  • The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
  • We can modify the price without notice.

3. Delivery


  • Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Your order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order.
  • We send your order by priority mail with a tracking number.
  • Your order can be sent in several packages.
  • Shipping time to all European countries and the UK is usually 3 to 15 business days (sometimes longer).

There are two delivery options

  1. La Poste - Delivery against signature : For an additional fee, we provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is placed in order to follow the status of your order until it is delivered to your home. The delivery is made only against signature or withdrawal at your post office with an ID if you are not at home. This option ensures you against the possibility of theft.
  2. La Poste - Standard: We provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is placed in order to follow the status of your order until it reaches your mailbox. This delivery option does not cover you in case of mail theft. This option is offered for orders over 50 euros.

4. Return Policy


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, a refund service is available:


  • You must contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt by sending an e-mail to hello@swiss-made-weed.com. Giving us your order reference and describing why you want a refund. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage if you do not do this.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and unopened. If an item has been used/opened, no refund will be given.
  • Returned items will be inspected for defects and, if necessary, either replaced or refunded.
  • The refund is for the cost of the product and excludes all postage, packaging and shipping costs.
  • Refunds will generally be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • We do not accept returns for products that do not taste or smell good to you.

5. Discharge in case of customs seizure and refund of VAT costs


  • If the first shipment of your package is seized by customs, we commit ourselves to send you a second identical order at our expense. This can be done up to a maximum of 3 times. However, if the third return is still unsuccessful, no other attempt will be possible.
  • The VAT is refunded to you upon presentation of a copy of the postal receipt. We will credit your account directly with the amount of your expenses in the form of "reward" points. You can spend them on your next purchase.

6. Shipping error


– You are required to check the contents of your package immediately.


– If the item does not match the item ordered, it may be a shipping error. You have three (3) business days to notify us of the error.


– In the event of a shipping error attributable to us, we will propose a compensation solution on a case-by-case basis.


7. Methods of payment


We offer you the following payment method:


  • Credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express )
  • Bank transfer

* Your credit card number is directed to the payment servers, your payment is made directly in a secure environment without passing through the server of swiss-made-weed.com, which ensures that your credit card numbers are known only to our banking partner.


8. Customer's responsibility


We remind you that we are not authorized to provide medical advice or diagnosis. We advise you to consult your doctor before starting to consume CBD products. *We advise you to find out about the laws regarding THC levels in your country of delivery.


The customer accepts responsibility for:


  • Personal injury,
  • Damages and interest,
  • Punitive measures,
  • Loss of profits or revenue,
  • Loss of use of a product or equipment,
  • Loss of property that may result from the purchase, use or misuse of a product.
  • In the event of a purchase described as illegal in the country where the customer resides, the customer will be considered solely responsible.

Swiss-made-weed.com, its owners, agents and employees cannot be held responsible for the actions of its customers.
