Reimbursement of customs clearance fees
As of July 1, 2021 and due to changes in European VAT rules, all packages from non-European states will be taxed from the first euro. This fee will be charged to the customer upon receipt of the package at the local post office or at your home.
However, we are with you, and we commit ourselves to pay the totality of these expenses! against handing-over of a copy of the receipt of the post office, we will credit directly on your account customer in the form of points "reward", the amount of your expenses. According to our experience, the VAT and customs clearance fees will not exceed 10 euros.

How do I receive a refund of my customs clearance fees?
It's very simple, you pay these fees when you receive your package, you send us a photo/scan of the receipt of payment at the post office by email or via our support form and we will credit you within 24 hours the value in "reward" points of these fees on your account. You can then use this refund for your next order on our site.
