Shipping & returns
As of July 1st 2022 and due to changes in EU VAT rules, all parcels delivered to EU countries will be subject to VAT and customs charges. These charges will be invoiced to the customer when the parcel is received at the local post office or at your home.
However, we support you and will pay 100% of these charges, which will be credited directly to your SMW account (subject to a valid payment receipt). In our experience, VAT and customs clearance costs will not exceed 10 euros.
We deliver to almost all European countries (France, UK, Italy,...) and for other destinations, you can send us a message to confirm the shipping to your country.
There are two delivery options:
1. La Poste - Delivery against signature: for an additional fee, we provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is placed so that you can follow the status of your order until it is delivered to your home. Delivery is only made against a signature or collection at your local post office with proof of identity if you are not at home. This option ensures you against the possibility of theft.
2. La Poste - Standard: we provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is placed so that you can follow the status of your order right up to your letterbox. This delivery option does not cover you in case of mail theft. This option is offered for orders of 50 euros or more.
***We guarantee delivery up to three times in case of mailing complications.

It takes us approximately 1-2 working days to process your order for shipment.
Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:
Switzerland: 1 to 2 working days.
France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy: 3 to 7 working days
*The package is usually delivered within 7 working days to Spain, Portugal, Ireland
and other European countries: 4 to 14 working days.
*Package is usually delivered within 10 working days
In the event that your order is stuck in transit for longer than 6 business days, please contact us for further details.
- In ther event that the first shipped parcel is lost or seized, we assume the responsability and resend the parcel at our expense.
- If you wish to be reimbursed after the parcel has been shipped and not received, we charge a restocking fee of 20% and an 8€ administrative and packaging fee.
Once your order has been shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent automatically. A delay between 24-48 hours may be expected for the tracking number to be sent.
Under certain circumstances, we may send the order in multiple parcels.
One can change the shipping adress by logging into your SMW account to modify it or emailing us a request via customer service.
You can return all unopened products back to the sender adress on the package. Please contact us before sending a return.

CBD is an abbreviation for cannabidiol, which is one of the 60 compositions of phytocannabinoïdes found in cannabis. The most known and studied compounds of cannabis is THC (or tétrahydrocannabinol), but the CBD interest is growing rapidly and so are its applications both recreationally and medically. Each type of cannabinoid has a unique function, CBD's affect on the human body is primarily relaxing and anti-inflamatory.
In 2016, Switzerland authorised the production, sale and consumption of cannabis consisting of less than 1% THC.
Years of Swiss research and development led to new strains being created, the results yielded higher CBD content and lower THC levels. Opening the market to a plant that has lower psychoactive substance (<1%THC) at the same time legally alligning itself with the swiss laws. All Swiss cannabis is produced under strict regulation and governmental oversight by the federation.
Terpenes are essential oils found in plants. There are approximately 200 terpenes found in Cannabis. They are responsible for the odours and flavours present in the flowers/buds. Terpenes have beneficial effects and work in synergy with cannabinoids such as CBD and THC - this relationship is called the entourage effect.
The Swiss-made-weed products have a low THC content (less than 1%) and therefore have no psychotropic effects. On the other hand, they have a very high CBD content, which allows them to have a different effect on the human body than recreational cannabis. The nervous system relaxes when taking CBD, resulting in a general sense of peace, satisfaction and relaxation.
Yes, pets can benefit from CBD for treating the same conditions as humans: pain, seizures, inflammation and anxiety. CBD is safe for pets but their dosage will probably be much lower than yours. Dogs have a higher concentration of cannabinoid receptors in their brain. This means they are very sensitive to THC. But a small amount of THC, like that contained in a CBD hemp full spectrum oil is generally safe.
